My Bio
My Teaching Philosophy:
In the Physical Education class, students will feel empowered and engaged in wellness activities and opportunities that allow them to make decisions, solve problems, and act as leaders in an environment that is safe and created by the children. 

My Personal Life:

I have three amazing sons, Jared, Jonah, and Jacob.
I have three beautiful grandchildren, Kaegan who is three years old and Sage who is 1 year old and Lily who is 5 months old.  I am meeting a fourth grandchild in March of 2016.
I love spending time with my family, traveling, working puzzles, reading, attending any athletic event, and going out to eat. 

My Professional Life:
37 years of teaching Physical Education - Helped open Amy Parks in 1995.  
Bachelors degree with a double major in Physical Education and Elementary Education from North Texas State University. 
Masters of Science from Texas A&M - Commerce in 2005. 
I am currently serving as Vice-President of our state Physical Education organization known as TAHPERD.
